Question:

No expiry date for chocolate spread?

I've bought a jar of chocolate spread from the US three months ago and used it once after a month. It's been kept in the fridge all the time. I can't find an expiry date or manufacturing date on the jar. It smells and still tastes good. Should I still use it?

  1. Yes, as long as it doesn't make your tummy hurt:)

  2. Yeah, I'm sure that stuff has plenty of preservatives in it. If you are having second thoughts, just buy a new jar. I am pretty picky about EXP. dates too, but I can't imagine it could hurt you, especially if it was in the fridge.

  3. U can use it as long as u dont find white patches on it (fungi)!

  4. as long as it tasted good you are good it does expire and you would taste it (I love Nutella)
