No fee estate agents?

i would like to know which is the best real estate agency to sell my house. i want onw that sells quick and do not charge fees in advance. and do not take a lot of fees. i already had before the house on sale but if i sold the house for 150k i was going to be charged 6000.. plus hip. the house is in luton marsh farm.

Various web-based Estate Agencies exist, however I believe they are all 'fixed fee' (you pay irrespective of them selling the house).

If you want a quicksale, you will have to pay the normal fees ..
