Question:

No free medical advice?

So, I wanted to ask one simple question ''My boyfriend threw up some foam, should we be concerned?''

I called the NHS helpline and two different GP's but no one would even let me ask.

They could have just answered the question but becuse my boyfriend isnt registered with any doctor, they wouldn't.

What if my question had been 'I have a rash and my neck is stiff, should I be concerned?''

It takes more than 24 hours to register with a GP, but it takes less than 24 to die of meningitis.

Makes me sick...

This is in the UK by the way.

  1. I hope that you have not waited three days to "register" with a doctor.

What had your friend been doing prior to throwing up foam?

Does he have a history of doing this?  How was his overall health prior to this incident?

    Good luck.
