Question:

No heat or steam in starbucks barista

no heat or steam in starbucks barista espresso machine.

Was working fine, then got left "on" for a couple days while we were away. 
Now it doesn't heat up. Pumps work fine, so I know the electricity is flowing. Could be boiler or thermostat(s) or both... how to tell?
