On ups.com, my ups tracking number responds "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later." The item supposedly shipped 2 days ago. I called ups, and their automated system told me "This package is on time and sheduled for delivery on xxxx". Why would the online system not update yet the phone system was able to provide info? Anyone else have similar problems with ups? Thanks.
