No instruction manual for sonatina clock radio

Question

Very difficult to change any settings if no instruction manual is supplied with this product. How do I get hold of one for my son who is pulling his hair using trial and error without success? I suspect from observing similar problems by many other frustrated purchasers that there is a quality control problem in the factory that supplies these clocks and instructions.
