No key how do i start engine? 85 90hp mercury?

Go to a marine dealer and get a new ignition switch and key. You should be able to pick one up for about 20 bucks and  be able to change it in about 15 or 20 minutes. It's something anyone can do.

hot wire it or call a key maker or something

Pull the switch out and there should be a tag with numbers take to dealer and get new key or switch if not tag>

Get the pull rope. Or go to a local marine store and get a new ignition switch and key.
