If I have been eating very badly for the past few days, would it be completely unhealthy to not eat for the next 3 days. I have never not eaten for more than a day and a half, so would 3 days be too much? Afterward, I know that I will gain weight, but will it really hurt my body to do this?

    it sounds like you want to do a cleanse diet

    try only eating healthy

    food and drinking a lot of water for the next 3 days

    instead of nothign at all,

    cause you probably have very little nutrients and vitamns in you

    and you could pass out and such.

    To keep your metabolism up, its best to eat light every 2-3 hours. You shouldn't go past 4 hours without eating.

  5. It's not gonna help you lose weight to stop eating but a lot of people do that - stop eating and drink a ton of water - to clear the body of toxins. I wouldn't go more than 3 days though.

No it wont help. it would be the opposite. what you need to do is to eat healthy and never skip breakfast since this is the most important meal of the day. breakfast will help you to start your metabolism early on the day if you skip it anything that goes into your stomach your body will take it it doesn't matter if its good or not. try eating 5-6 times a day but in small portions. have a good breakfast a healthy snack a good strong meal during the day a small snack between meals and a light dinner drink plenty of fluids. and avoid cokes and drinks with lots of sugar. hope this help
