Who made up this saying for relationships?

This quote originally didn't have anything to do with romantic relationships (although it could be applied accordingly).

It was from the poet John Donne and the quote is actually about death.

Specifically how every death affects everyone. This was written during a time of the plague and a bell would ring every time someone would die. This was written as a meditation as Donne was concerned every time the bell rang wondering if it rang for someone he loved or for himself even (as he was very sick at this time).

He then realized that it didn't matter, because regardless of who died it will affect him and the world somehow.

This is also where the quote "Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee" comes from.

Here it is in its original context:

"All mankind is of one author, and is one volume; when one man dies, one chapter is not torn out of the book, but translated into a better language; and every chapter must be so translated...As therefore the bell that rings to a sermon, calls not upon the preacher only, but upon the congregation to come: so this bell calls us all: but how much more me, who am brought so near the door by this sickness....No man is an island, entire of itself...any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee."

we all know that we can't leave alone... not because we are afraid or we can't stand on our own...

we know to ourselves that we want to spent our lives w/ someone..

who we share our dreams & beliefs..

someone who will share our laughter's & tears..

someone who make ourselves feel complete & important...

someone who will appreciate our bad & good attitude...

we know we can't seriously happy leaving alone... not in the term using someone just to be with us..

it's feel great when you are w/ someone you really want to, to spend your life with..
