No manual. I have a Superset phone ext 308 . But when called it rings 305 and can't leave voicemail.Any ideas?

How do I reset this business phone to its original extension and have it record voicemail. Help.

  1. Contact the manufacture , google for their web site and find the manual online.  There are way too many configurations on these phone sets.

    I have looked at a Mitel reseller and can only find a 401.  You must have an older model.
