Question:

No medical card for CDL?

Several years ago I was cited for not having a medical card. Is that considered a felony? When a job application for a trucking co asks about felonies, incidents etc how would I reply?

  1. Answer truthfully. They will discover the violation anyway when they do a driver history check.


  2. it's not a felony. i think it means that you have to have a medical card in order to have your CDL....
