I purchased a vacation with Sundance I had no idea they were going to sell me vacation plans, they just called and asked me to come on down to claim my free cruise trip. After 3 hours of hardcore pyschology hasseling of their product I finally gave in and purchased their vacation plans, they offered $15000 then their price lowered to $1000 which sounded like a great deal at the time...... but I just really wanted to get out of there, I'm too polite, stupid and naive.... Can get my money back even though I signed where it said no return no money back....

  1. Wow, you should never ever take those calls seriously! I get calls like that everyday that I won a free trip to wherever...they are out to get your money, they know they pressure you to do something you really don't want...that's part of their job. You can try, but if you signed a no money back policy, it might not be possible to get your money back.

  2. You have a very short period of time to get out of it.  You may want to file a complaint with the better business bureau and your state consumer protection agency.  It sounds like a scam. where is the free vacation ?  I suspect they will be gone in a few weeks.  So act now ! and if you call now you also get a beautiful set of ginsu knives.

  3. I think there is a cooling off period for deals like that, you have to make your claim within the cooling off period, its like 3 days or something like that...maybe its 30 days.  Call a friend in law.

  4. These outfits are experts at skirting the edge of legality.  I hope you've learned a lesson about "free" offers.  "There ain't no free lunch."
