  1. That really depends on what it is.  If you bought it from a store and you that you go to frequently and speak to the manager he may agree to make an exception so he doesn't lose you as a customer.

If you bought something with your credit card you can dispute it with the card company if you have a valid reason.

    More details would be helpful.

  2. If you made the purchase, there is nothing you can really do. You may be able to go after them if they did not fulfill their end of the agreement, but if they did, you have no legal recourse.

You could try just asking them for a refund, and telling them the reason, and they may be willing to do it.

  3. NO, YOU CAN'T.

THEY WILL GIVE YOU A CREDIT IF THE PRODUCTS IS NOTGOOD OR BAD.

  4. They are not obliged to give you your money back just because you changed your mind. They are only required to if the product is faulty, or it does not conform to the quality or use it was advertised for.

  5. It depends, if the item is broken or faulty then no matter what they posted then you are entitled to your money back.  A contact that states "No money back" is a unfair contract and thus illegal.

If however its just a case of you want your money back, thats buyers remose, sorry nothing can happen.

If the item is broken or faulty and they refuse to offer you money back and you paid with a credit card then go and speak to them and ask for a charge back.

    Good luck!

  6. ~~~If that is their policy and it is posted or written on your receipt, you are stuck with it. Some states may have different consumer protection laws so it would not hurt to look at your state's website under consumer affairs or call them and see if your have any help there. Good luck!
