  1. Not until your water breaks my dear.  Rub-a-dub away!

  2. Nope not at all!  In fact bubble baths will be your little piece of Heaven when you hips start aching as your pregnancy progresses!

Just be sure that the water is not hot.  Warm is ok, but hot is dangerous.  You don't want to raise your body temperature.  As long as you have not lost your mucus plug or are dilating, taking a bath is totally safe!

    Congrats on your pregnancy!

  3. No way. Have more whilst you have the chance. Just make sure the water isn't too hot.

  4. Congrats first of all. I am 17 weeks pregnant. You can still take warm baths, but avoid perfumed/smell-good bubbles because it could be irritating to your v****a. And do not make the bath water really hot. If you get any infections you'll want to avoid baths just because then the discharge might float around in the water...Eww..lol

  5. why do that?

As long as the water isn't too hot you can have a bath.  Get a baby bath thermometer if you are unsure.

Baths will not harm you or baby.

  6. I love hot baths!!  My doctor told me it was fine to take hot baths as long as it didn't raise my body temperature too high.  It would have to scorch your skin (turn it red) and stay very hot for a long time to raise your body temperature to a dangerous level.  He even okayed Hot tubs (dangling legs and short dips) after the first trimester.  Good Luck!

  7. Cleanliness is next to godly_ness.

You have to maintain your health for your baby.

The course is this, the little bugger is going to make you it servant from here on out.

now after a bit you may wonder who is in control and who is God after you give birth.

  8. You want to avoid extremely hot baths, but a regular tub bath is fine.

    Enjoy.

  9. My obgyn said as long as there were no problems and my water hadn't broke then baths were perfectly fine. I even asked about a hot tub... she said to avoid the hot tub (common sense I thought) but as far as hot baths or warm baths went they were fine..you're body will react and you'll know if something is too hot or not right. so I say enjoy and relax bc once the baby comes...there won't be much time for relaxation!

  10. Well i say you shouldnt have bubble baths because you dont want your baby to be invaded with bubbles!

  11. I took baths nearly everyday when I was pregnant. Even when I was in labor. It was a life saver! I don't know if I would have survived pregnancy without them, it relaxed my achy back. My baby came out very healthy! Baths are ok when you're pregnant, just make sure you keep it under 110 degrees F that's what my doctor told me. Bubbles are fine too because your mucus plug will block the soap from getting to your baby.

  12. no. i like HOT baths. i asked my doctor if this was okay to take hot baths or if i should only take warm baths to preserve the babys health and he said to take hot baths if you want  BECAUSE: say if you are in a hot tub- the water is at a controlled temp. and it keeps the water every hot there for causing danger to the unborn child becuase the water warms your inner body temp. BUT if you are in a bath, your body temp may go up temperarily, but not long enough to change the INNER body temp since the water in the bath is cooling down constantly.

  13. As long as its not extremely hot, its fine.

  14. don't have it too hot but no bubble baths are fine. i loved bubble baths when i was pregnant and when i started to feel my daughters movements she seemed to enjoy it aswell lol. she was always most active when i had a bath and now she loves bath time and paddle pools. i'm going to take her to the swimming baths soon, can't wait

  15. WARM BATHS ARE FINE. I TOOK BATHS MY WHOLE PREGNANCY THEY JUST WERENT HOT BATHS BUT HTEY WERE STILL COMFORTABLE.
