No movement and cramps. 20 weeks pregnant?

I started to feel movement at 15-16 weeks and at 18-19 weeks I stared to feel it a lot more, sometimes even from the outside. For the past two days the movement has slowed down a lot. I only feel a slight tap once in a great while when I had been feeling all sorts of bumps and rolling. Also, I have cramps off and on, not regularly, and a sharp pain on my left side that goes up and down that doesn't quiet feel like ligament pain. This is my first baby and I don't know if I should be worried or not. What do you think?

  1. may as well get checked, you can never be too careful. the movement i wouldnt be overly worried cause it varies alot at 20 weeks still. the cramping i'd be more concerned about.

  2. Well with the movement i wouldnt be worried because its not regular yet and there will be days when you wont feel the baby, it happened to me alot too more then once but with the pains i would get checked.

  3. Anytime u feel a decrease in movement u should always contact your doctor...Honestly for the well being of your baby, you ob is the only one that can help u right now...Good Luck!

  4. I think you should go to the hospital to be reviewed! 20 weeks is a bit early to be feeling regular movements but the fact you have also been having cramps would make me want to be checked out! Good luck! x
