Arsenal team is in sort of turmoil for last few seasons. The fans believe that Arsene Wenger needs to buy new players with some experience and brand name.
However, Wenger has different approach to the solutions. Arsene Wenger swiftly denied that there is no one on his wish list for the January transfer window. His message was for the fans who were hoping that Wenger might buy couple of new players to stabilise
their league campaign.
Wenger said "Don't expect miracles in January; you have a high number of players who have played already in Europe and couldn't help us in the Champions League, and also clubs do not want to sell their best players.” The Frenchman made it clear that he will
only sign a new player if anyone from the current squad leaves the club. The owners themselves have arranged cash for the new players but Wenger is not much concerned with that.
Wenger said, "It's highly unlikely you find just the player you need in January. It's not about spending money, it's about finding just the right player to strengthen a squad that is already very strong."
Unlike other managers, Wenger believe to build a team out of youngsters rather than signing big shots. His approach is to develop a talented youngster in a club and then sell it on huge profit if a proper bid comes. With so many youngsters in the club experts
claim Arsenal to be sensational but not match winners. To win against the bigger clubs Wenger needs to inject some experience in his squad. As often seen in the matches against clubs like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 and Manchester United, the clash pictures the situation as “boys
versus men.”
Arsenal’s progress was tempered with few major injuries over this season. Cesc Fabregas, Van Persie and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thomas-Vermaelen-c35002 are on the top of the injury list. Arsenal fans and other experts believe that one of the criteria to be a top club is to have good bench
strength. Arsenal certainly lacks strong bench strengths, once the player gets injured there is no one to fill his boots and this exposes the club while playing against good teams.
