Pep Guardiola’s contract extension saga continues as sporting director, Andoni Zubizarreta, claims he is still in the dark regarding the matter. 
Pep Guardiola's future at the Camp Nou has come under question, with the Catalan manager being coy over his future with La Blaugrana.

on reaching a solution soon.
He added that the press should steady themselves for another quiet week in this regard. Zubizarreta stated that they are not pressurising the former Spanish international, and believes he will make up his mind in due time.
"I understand the attention and interest of the media, but we expect a quiet week regarding that matter. There is no condition that he has to make a decision this week. It will happen when it happens."

The pint-sized attacker highlighted the importance of Guardiola to the club, who came through the youth ranks of Barcelona, leading the first team as the Captain and now gives directions from the bench.
Messi was of the opinion that finding a replacement for the Spanish tactician will be a difficult task, after having an impressive record with the reigning European champions.
Adding on the topic, the Rosario-born attacker stated that despite all his heroics on the pitch, Guardiola is more important for the Catalan club.
