No objection letter for new visa?

Question

I have been working in Malaysia for 1 and half year. Now i have given my resignation to my company and some other employer is ready to provide me employment in their own visa. but they need no objection letter from my company that they have no objection on my next assignment with next companies and they can give me new employment visa. Can any one help me how to write a no objection letter for this.
