  1. its literally mean that the power of the retina to focus the light and see things properly for example if ur power is 2 in both eyes then glasses will take the place of retina

  2. I myself wonder the same thing. I'm like a 3. something. Sorry I couldn't help.

  3. It is the power of the lens that you need to focus light into your eye where it needs to land for you to see clearly.  The higher the number, the stronger the lens.  If your prescription is negative (-2.00), you are nearsighted.  Your cornea (front of your eye) focuses light too strongly for the length of your eye.  The lens diverges light before it enters your eye.  If your prescription is positive (+2.00), you are farsighted.  Your cornea focuses light too weakly for the length of your eye.  The lens converges light before it enters your eye.  Positive lenses are also used for reading glasses.

Foresight is knowing or anticipating something before it happens.

  4. that's the power of how far away your retina, i think, is away from your pupil. it could be different for each eye. its FARsightedness, meaning you cant see things close up. i know, opposites, right? mine is 3.75 in my right & 4.00 in my left. so your vision isnt bad. hope i helped. (:
