No out of state tuition!?

my parents are asking me to find a college that isn't ridiculous about out of state tuition. If any one knows any colleges let me know:)

  1. The ones in your state, of course.  Lol


  2. Find ones that have "deals" called reciprocity like Minnesota and Wisconsin have together. Wisconsin students can go to a Minnesota school for about the same price as a Minnesota student going to a MN school instead of the out of state price and vice versa.
