No outgoing calls

Question

Dear Sir,I'm unable to call anyone from nokia 6708, it says "Call Disconnected" short time after dialing. I've checked all parameters, my handset & throguh service provider etc. It runs calling when i use my sim in another set but of another one doesn't call through of mine.
