No pain, no gain?

if after a workout for example of bicep curls, the muscles in my upper arms arent sore does that mean i havent done my workout correctly?should i add more weight or is my technique wrong?or does it matters if your muscles are sore after a workout?

  5. this is absolutely normal...it's because you do it so hard....your muscles produce lots of lactic acid....that is what really causes the pain.....Don't worry about it at all.....GOOD LUCK.

  7. wat up whity well if you have been working out consistently then no your muscles aren't gonna b sore it usually gets like that if you haven't worked out for a bit

  8. yeah usually the day after is when you'll feel the soreness.
