No period for tooo long now...uh oh...?

I got the depo provera shot in mid-march. Everything was going great for a month until i had my period non stop for a month. It seemed to be going fine the last month (june). But that was the last of that. I stopped having s*x before june. I haven't had my period though in so long. I don't even remember when i had it last. I bled lightly for 2 days in the begining of july and that has been the last of the blood that's come from my v****a in quite a while. I had surgery a few weeks ago and they made me pee in a cup. Did they do a pregnancy test when they did that? They never said anything and i had the surgery. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms. At all. It will be about 4 months since i last had s*x. What is going on? When will I get my period back?

Take test and see a doctor.

Um i havent had my period in a while i think it was december but i cat even rememebr but im not pregnnat cuz im a virgin but i only get mine like 2 to 4 times a year idk its weird.
