  1. Go to the doctor already.

  2. I came off the pill about this time last year and had regular cycles for several months until I started having really long cycles the longest being 121 days.  My doctor said that this is fine and occasionally will happen.  They can prescribe medication that will make you have a period but they did not in my case.  I would check with my doctor.  If you are ttc then charting will help you know if you are ovulating.  I eventually started having cycles range from 23-50 days and thought that meant everything was okay, but in fact I wasn't ovulating which I wouldn't have known without charting.  The book Taking charge of your Fertility is a great resource.  Best of luck to you.

  3. you are probably not ovulating if your cycles are that long.  my cycles were 40-60 days and I wasn't ovulating.  Have you been checked for PCOS?  They would have to do bloodwork.  I have pcos and it has a lot to do with hormone imbalances and therefore no ovulation/minimal ovulation if it happens.  the good news is hormone imbalances can be fixed if you find the right doctor.  If you are trying to get pregnant, a reproductive endocrinologist would be very knowledgable on pcos, hormone imbalances, and fertility issues.  I have an RE and she's wonderful and is currently treating me with fertility meds so I can get pregnant.  once you go to the doctor about 123 days without a cycle, they will probably give you provera/ or prometrium to start your cycle.  It all sounds like a lot, but really if you find a good doctor they will be able to answer all your questions and put your mind a lil more at ease.  Good Luck to you and Best Wishes!!  :o)
