No picture. I have a Techview 42 in.plasma and it clicks when powering on but shows no picture.I

Question

I have a Techview 42 in.plasma and it clicks when powering on but shows no picture.I opened the back of the unit and it shows the green light on,clicks and the other green light comes on and then it clicks and a red alarm light comes on and stays on.The whole time the power light on the front stays on but,no picture.You hear sound for maybe a second before it clicks to the red light.Any advice?
