No picture no sound nothing

Question

It has happened once before but came back on after unplugging from outlet. It was playing and just went off. It's almost like there is no electricity, no light on the power no picture no sound it doesn't even sound like its coming on. Can you please help? It has been wonderful up until now.we turned the tv off and now it wont turn on with remote or the front button.
any ideas.
