No-poo/shampoo users in the summer?

Do you find baking soda to be enough in the heat of the summer? Do you use it every day when it's hot? I'm new to this, so I'm just wondering what others do.

I don't quite get your question. Are you asking what kind of chemical free shampoos people use?

I use Avalon Organics. I find that I have to use a lot of it, so I'm not crazy about it. I haven't tried any others yet, but I will once this bottle's empty. You might want to re-state your question.
