cannot get power supply on. power switch is fine. unplugged everything 2 or 3 times. tried all power up procedures. the motherboard power light is green, steady. heard about this problem before, forgot the fix.HP Pavilion 510n worked fine, then moved it. When I first turned it on the power button light came on and it seemed the fans were starting to spin, then nothing.
