Question:

No power to anything even display on Panasonic DVD...

Checked fuse on power supply and it was OK. At C1260 on power supply, the capacitor looks popped and has 6VDC across it. Is that the right voltage and if it is what else could cause there to be no power for the display or even to run the unit.
