No power to the Pannel.

Question

I just purchase the Pace Arrow Motor Home 1990 Model E,I dont any power to the pannel to start the engine.I have no idea were to pind the cause.I al so like to get some manuals, Can you help me with this problem.I have try to talk to fleetword, the manufacture.I still couldn't get any help yet.Thankyou very muchChris AL.
