No power to xda orbit

Question

i got it on ebay yesdeday and it work this morning try to turn it on but nothing at all will not charge up can you help me with this thanks02 stealth will not start. Only the blue colored o2 screen start-up picture comes out and it stays there despite charging the battery, doing soft and hard reset.

Please thell me what the problem is and where in the Philippines can I bring my unit
