No raster, No sound, No channel number

model of the phillips tv x04636 21'' wooden was not found on line, i used the above to pass over my problem to you experts to help find a solution.the screen of my tv lights with no raster and sound.the light is blue with much focusthe channel number display is also off. where does the problem lie.will be glad to recieve your help.best regards,sam wepukhulu
