No response from PC when connected

PC can not recognize my MP3 player model MEC-MP3-01,China product( Xiamen Milestone Electronics Company Limited ). when I inserted AAA battery the MP3 first display green light then red and says welcome . Down to the word weicome free M and Total M. Please is there anyone who can solve it? Thank You a lot.
