No setup file found when pluged into cpu

Question

well i just bought the digital audio recorder the other day and pluged it into my cpu last night to download some things i needed off it and i couldnt find the setup folder everyone talks about on all the other pages ive been to ive been to rca web and nothing so could someone help me find this setup file so i can use this recorder or send me the file
