Hi,Tried to connect my converter box; no luck. Keep getting "no signal" message, so I can't program box. Some solutions I tried:1. Called customer service. We ran through hookup procedures, but unable to solve problem. Tech rep suggested that maybe no DTV signals being transmitted; not so, I'm located in Brooklyn, NY and a number of major broadcasters have been transmitted the DTV signal.2. Both box and TV set to channel 3. Simple hookup: antenna cable into box. Box cable out from box and into TV. Analog TV less than a year old with outstanding reception from building antenna3. Took box to neighbor in different building and attempted hook up on his TV. We worked on problem together, and still were greeted with "no signal" status.4. Took a trip to Best Buy, store I made purchase from, and found staff only had limited knowledge about box. One staff member recommended store make installation for a fee. Another said I probably got a defect unit and should exchange it.What else should I try? I'm about ready to return box and get an exchange. Help"
