Question:

No signal on TV, black screen

T.V. has "no signal" message on screen and is black, tried to change "Source" on TV and still nothing. Called Cable company who indicated cable service is working, I need to try and get the TV on channel 3. I have no idea how to get this TV on channel 3. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you
