No signal when hooked up with a digital cable box

Question

I have it hooked up exactly like the instructions say when using a digital cable box and a coaxial cable. I have a dvd player hooked up and that works when the tv is set to AV2 and i have tried every other input to get the cable box working and they all just say no signal.
