Every one should learn how to do it, so that they don't get sexually aroused and use someone else's body for self-gratification.  Teenagers who m********e don't have to give in to their impulsive sexual thoughts and actions, and then suffer the consequences.

By masturbating, a girl can get the sexual desires lowered and enjoy the boyfriend; when he pushes her for s*x, she has already pleased herself and doesn't have to submit.  No babies, no diseases.

Sadly, boys m********e, but then use the woman to m********e again. They are not taught self control. Masturbating should be allowed, but a lot of people frown upon it, as they say it is against God. Actually, God is against fornification, which is s******g, when not in a marriage.

To m********e, find the spot (for a woman, the clitoris) and gently rub it. You can find out by practice what arouses you...some like it soft, some like it faster and hard. It is your choice.

Masturbation, literally, means using your hand to get yourself excited. And that is just what you do when you feel like... I'm sure you have no trouble finding those spots on your body where it feels good to touch,rub, tickle, whatever. Choose a time a nd palce where you have privacy guaranteed, and then just explore and enjoy... no pressure here and no boy's expectations and demands.. just you and the fantasies in your head.
