His recent defeat might have dented his confidence terribly, but that does not take anything away from him. He holds the potential to bounce back against this line-up, but it will be interesting to see how he handles the situation.
Always Bold is also struggling with his form these days. In each of his last three races, the seven-year-old was unable to complete his run. His last success came in November last year, when he sealed a couple of back to back victories.
So far in his career, he has clinched nine victories. In order to take his tally to double figures, the Martin Keighley-trained will have to do a lot of hard work.
Fiveways, who started off his career with a couple of wins, is in search of his lost momentum. Similarly, Magical Treasure is desperate for his maiden success.
