No sound from system on

no sound from system on navigation or when bluetooth is connected The volume has been adjustedI am having the same problem with my Nuvi 660. There is no sound during navigation and no sound during bluetooth telephone connection. Volume setting is at maximum. It almost appears as if the internal speaker malfunctioned. Any suggestions? Henry
