No sound

Question

Recently moved to Greece from the UK. Our TV picks up local tv station pictures but no sound. Have reset the Set Up to Ellada (Greece)and played with sound set up, etc. Still can't find an answer. Also my games system works well but, again, has no sound. I wonder if the co-ax socket has been damaged. Any suggestions?
