No sound to my zx100.1 kicker amp need asap?

i have a zx 1000.1 kicker amp and and 2 15" l7 subs. Well i got it use. The amp has the power light on and when i hook them or another of 3 subs out no sound comes out why is this is some thing wrong with the amp?!?!? help fast would be good.

check if the RCA's are plugged in correctly to the proper output in the stereo, and the proper input in the amplifier.

check if the stereo been used has a setting to turn on and off the subwoofer output RCA's. some stereos have this function so check if its on.

check how your subwoofers are wired, what ohm each coil is, and whats the final ohm load of how you have them wired.

its possible that you could be running a way too high ohm load or way too low ohm load.... but mostly this throws the amp into thermal/protect.

if none of these fixes your problem, contact the seller of the amplifier. it might have internal damage.
