No spark 1996 cirrus, only 3 volt to coil? I have changed coil cam sensor, cap and rotor, what next?

Quit changing parts til you stumble on a solution just take to a mechanic for a diagnostic check then decide what to do.

you need to find out if your getting injector pulse tooo... if you are not then your crank sensor is bad

Several other devices share that power, start unplugging each, one at a time till 12v comes back to your coil. Last part unplugged is the bad part.
