No stimulus check becuase i didnt claim myself?

I dont recive a stimulus check becuase i didnt claim myself as a dependent. My parents didnt claim me as a dependent either. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem.

*H&R block is the worst place BTW.

You might try filing an amended return - 1040X.

You might try calling the IRS - 1-800-TAX-1040 and ask them - but be prepared for a long wait.

You might have to wait until you file your 2008 tax return and get it then.
