No taxes filed in 7 Years....?

Well not me. I left a relationship with a girl I found out has not filed taxes in 7 years. Given her line of work, massage but I found out later it is diff massage and the money she makes what is her best possible outcome when she has to deal with it?

Also just trying to make myself feel better

If she had enough income for those respective years, she owes taxes, penalties and interest.  

Unfiled returns are a problem as there is no statute of limitations for the IRS (or state, if applicable).

If she really wants to know the potential impact, she'll need to put her information together and figure out what might be owed.  Also, don't overlook self employment taxes.

Her line of work is irrelevant to IRS.  Anyone who has an income from any kind of source is legally obligated to file tax returns.  Your ex is no different.
