No. the engine light dont come on. yes it has gone over 4k. ?

actually it works fine at time but it mostly stays at 4k no higher.

  1. Some one may have disabled the check engine light or it may be burnt out.

    So have it checked for error codes. Either buy a unit yourself or take it some where and have it read out.

    Maybe the tach input is broke, or the tach is hanging up.


  2. Question doesn't say much...but my WAG is dirty,sticking throttle...dealer will clean for 25 dollars...be careful if u DIY..carb sprays can mess up expensive sensors.
