No volume on pc after reformatting?

recently re fromatted pc and now i have no volume, what do i do? do i need to download some sort of soft ware or something? thanx

You'll have to restore your operating system via your system restore CDs that came with your PC when you bought it.

You need to download your sound-driver. Different drivers for different Computers.

What kind of computer do you have?

i would try downloading drivers for your motherboard from there website. or just look for generic sound drivers you could download for free

Your just missing the Sound Driver.  If you don't have the disk that came with your computer, you can go to the manufacturer's web site and download it.
