No water in dishwasher. have maytag dishwasher model PDBL390AWB that doesn't get water while

have maytag dishwasher model PDBL390AWB that doesn't get water while running. Would that be the water valve or turbidity sensor. Also noticed on the parts list a screen by the water valve.
