No water to water dispenser or ice maker

Hello
new side by side, hooked tubing to copper tubing attached under the sink to the cold water, i presume previous owners had it working ok? The water goes into the copper tubing fine - but i must be doing something wrong? I followed the picture on the backof the fridge but no h20?
