Yeah, i noticed that there were only 40 servings in that container, if you use the recommended dosage by them wont that run out in 10 - 15 days?

  1. Trust me, i've did ALOT of research, because i'm not the kind of guy to go spend a fortune on a supplement, and not know the affects of it first... The best creatine product available is made by musletech..i know they say alot about products that may not always be true, but as for their creatine...they are the one to go to for sure...Cell tech and Creakic are the top 2 creatine formulas out there...might be a little pricey, but they work..i mix mine with a gainer, just because i need to gain weight too, but you can mix it with other supplements, or just take it alone..and have AMAZING results..dont get me wrong, BSN is a good company, but then again so is Muscletech..but i've been training with the strongest of the strongest for awhile, and they all take either cell tech or creakic...do some research and you'll find out for yourself...good luck

  2. ya, i used to take it, i was 15 when i started, my whole body was puffed out, everyone said i looked a lot bigger, but its not the best, im 16 now i've been taking purple k creatine for about a few months now, im not as buff, but its all muscle now, im a lot more defined and it helps a lot more, i reccomend that over no-xplode any day. please help me now: http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my;_ylt=AlI4...

  3. First off, NO-Shotgun is the best.  Trust me, I have tried them all.

The 40 servings is a crock.  Your body only uses about 3g a day of creatine.  Some studies have shown that 20g of creatine may show slight increase in effectiveness, but that is only for professional body builders.

The thing to know is the science.  For short burst of energy (ie. powerlifting, sprinting) your body uses the ATPcP cycle (Adenosine Triphosphate creatine phosphate).  This only lasts about 20 seconds or less.  Using creatine BEFORE the workout does work.  Using it after is only for comfort and lowers the initial recovery phase from a couple of hours down to about 30 minutes.  You get plenty of creatine from your diet throughout the rest of the day.

So, in essence, you only need to take 1 scoop before the workout and no more.  Doing that, 1 bottle will last you a full cycle, take 2 weeks off and buy another bottle.

In response to the first poster, WRONG.  Creatine Ethyl-Ester is the best blend.  It is a creatine molecule bonded to an alcohol molecule and aids greatly in absorption.  Monohydrate is all well and good, but not as good.

  4. NOT THE BEST CREATINE PRODUCT!!!

It's not "bad" but for the price/ number of servings, there are lots of other cheaper better products.

I'd call it a blended creatine because it also has nitric oxide(helps you get "pumped" to workout) and other ingredients.

NO-Explode also has low quality creatine, and its creatine content is minimal..

The best creatine product would be ANY "creatine monohydrate" <- this is just pure creatine, no other ingredients.. that is all you want if you want to start creatine supplementation,

NO-Explode isn't JUST a creatine.. it is many things in one.

If you want just creatine.. get a monohydrate
